Our Courier Service is perfect for those who want their jewellery repaired but don’t necessarily have the time to come into our shop! We can send a courier to pick-up your items and then arrange a courier to drop them off once they have been repaired. Please note that we offer a one-way courier service and a two-way courier service. All repairs will be professionally packaged and sealed and you will receive a delivery confirmation once they reach the destination. This courier service is an overnight service. Repairs are picked up before 3 pm and delivery is guaranteed before 5 pm the following day. (This is the courier time frame only - NOT the jewellery repair time frame).

Please read this before purchasing this service:

1. Please fill out the repair form under JEWELLERY REPAIR to get a quote/approval for your repair/s. *Repairs that have not been approved prior to purchasing the COURIER SERVICE may be denied*

2. Once the repair is approved and quoted, you can select the courier service.

3. Please package your items in a mailer securely and include a print-out of any repair slips/correspondence. Don’t forget to include your full name, phone number, email address and shipping address in the package.

4. Repair costs will be charged once the items arrive at our facility. We will not do the repair unless it is paid in full.

5. In the event that the courier has to reattempt delivery, the customer will be responsible for extra fees. We will contact you prior to arranging the return service to go over the details.

6. Please note that the repair time is 2-3 weeks. This is an average and sometimes the completion of repairs does fall outside of this window. If you require a rush, please specify that when filling out the repair slip on our website, located under JEWELLERY REPAIR.

7. Any issues with your repair must be reported within 2 days of receiving your item. Our team will do their best to rectify any issues.

8. Repairs do not come with a warranty because essentially we are trying to fix something that has been made by someone else. In some cases, an issue can only be fixed temporarily unless the piece is made entirely from the beginning. We also do not cover wear-and-tear due to the fragile nature of jewellery and our inability to control how it is handled once it leaves our shop. Your jewellery guarantee, if any, should always come from the manufacturer. Having said this, we have been Ontario’s number one jewellery repair stop for over 15 years and will do our very best to ensure that your repairs are done properly.
