Claude Abittan immigrated to Canada in the early 1980’s. He began his life in Canada handcrafting one-of-a-kind belts and clothing. His passion for creating garments and accessories continued to flourish and years later he began designing jewellery. Claude is a renowned jeweller with a rich history in fashion and his work has been recognized in hundreds of publications. Claude believes that anything you envision in your mind can be created through jewellery. He is continuously pushing the boundaries of what it means to be an artist and finds innovative ways to build jewellery while appreciating old-world jewellery making techniques.

Claude’s signature style includes natural hand-cut gemstones which he often cuts himself, with precious metals that have been hand-worked to encase each gemstone, making each piece one-of-a-kind. Claude’s pieces are designed for those who prefer the uniqueness of a handmade piece as opposed to something that has been mass produced. The time, skill and passion he invests in his creations is noticeable and attributes to the high quality of each piece.
